Candidate should have 8+ years of solid work experience in construction documents, site supervision, managing a multidisciplinary team of architects and consultants, and must have been involved in the complete process of sophisticated and high-quality, multi-use building projects. She / He should be familiar with architectural design and construction practice in China, as well as local building code and regulations.
Candidate must have a strong sense of quality design and planning knowledge and be able to fly between Beijing and New York at least 5 times a year (Individual will work several weeks in New York before going to office in Beijing).
Proficiency required in the following software programs (PC Platform): AutoCad and Microsoft Office. Rhino is a plus. Fluency in English and Mandarin language is a must.
