BHDP Architecture is a nationally recognized architectural firm dedicated to creating great experiences. We focus on providing intelligent and innovative solutions in architecture, planning, interior design, and project management to four core markets: higher education, science, retail, and workplace facilities.
BHDP is seeking a Project Architect/Project Manager with 10 years of progressive design/technical architectural experience. The successful candidate will take responsibility for all technical aspects of a project from schematic design through construction administration. The PA/PM will be successful in understanding the client’s business objectives and translating those objectives to the project team to ensure project goals are met.
Local Residents Preferred (No Relo).
Additional Salary Information: Salary negotiable with potential for an annual incentive compensation payout.
The successful candidate must be registered in the state of Ohio, must have design and technical skills and the ability to collaborate with the Project Designer and other members of the project team. Must have the ability to build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients and the ability to successfully manage the internals staff.
Prefer experience in Higher Education and/or public projects.
This person must be proficient in Revit and AutoCad.
Local to Columbus only. No relocation.
